Services

Three ways we work with you.

One senior team behind all of them, carrying the work from scope to launch — and after it.

Digital Services — Design, build and launch digital products

Digital Services

Design, build and launch digital products

Digital Services is the side of BlueChip that builds the things your customers actually touch — the site they land on, the app they open, the checkout they complete, the brand they recognise before they read a word.

We work end to end rather than in handoffs. The same team takes a project from first wireframe through to a launched product with analytics attached, so nothing is lost in translation between the people who designed it and the people who shipped it.

01

Brand & Graphic Design

Design that makes a company recognisable, not just decorated.

Most brands don't fail because the logo is wrong. They fail because every touchpoint looks like it came from a different company. We start with the system — type, colour, spacing, tone — so the pitch deck, the invoice and the app all read as one organisation.

You get the working files and the rules for using them, not a PDF and a bill. If your team can't apply the brand without calling us, the job isn't finished.

  • Identity and logo systems
  • Brand guidelines
  • Marketing collateral
  • Pitch and sales decks
02

Website Design & Development

The first thing a prospect sees, and usually the fastest thing to get wrong.

A website earns its keep by loading fast, saying the right thing, and getting out of the way. We build against real performance budgets rather than shipping something that only feels quick on the office connection — because a three-second delay on mobile costs more visitors than any redesign will win back.

Every site is responsive, accessible and server-rendered where it matters for search. Content is editable by the people who own it, so publishing a change doesn't require a developer and a deploy.

  • Marketing and corporate sites
  • Headless CMS integration
  • Performance and SEO budgets
  • Accessibility to WCAG AA
03

E-Commerce Solutions

Storefronts measured by completed checkouts, not page views.

We build stores around the parts that decide revenue: search that finds the product, a checkout that doesn't ask twice, and payment and shipping that behave the same on a phone as on a desktop. Catalogue structure and stock logic get designed properly up front, because they are painful to change once orders are flowing.

Everything connects to the systems already running your business — inventory, fulfilment, accounting, CRM — so your team works in one place instead of reconciling three.

  • Custom and platform builds
  • Payment gateway integration
  • Inventory and order sync
  • Checkout optimisation
04

Mobile Applications

iOS and Android from one engineering foundation, not two diverging ones.

We build cross-platform where it saves you money and go native where the experience demands it — camera, background sync, offline storage, anything performance-critical. That decision gets made per feature, on evidence, not as a religious position at the start of the project.

The work runs from business analysis and design through testing, store submission and the releases after launch. Apps that ship and then rot help nobody, so we plan for the second year as well as the first.

  • Cross-platform and native apps
  • Offline and sync strategy
  • Push notifications
  • Store submission and releases
05

Motion & 3D Animation

Explaining a complicated product in ninety seconds.

Some things are faster to show than to write. Explainer videos, product walkthroughs, onboarding animation and interface motion all do the same job: getting someone to understand what you do before they lose interest.

We work from concept and script through storyboard to final edit, in 2D or 3D depending on what the story needs. Interface motion is treated as part of the product, not a garnish — it should tell you what just happened and where you are.

  • Explainer and product video
  • Storyboarding and script
  • 2D and 3D animation
  • Interface motion design
06

Content & Copywriting

Words that survive contact with a sceptical reader.

Good product copy removes doubt. We write the site pages, the product descriptions, the onboarding emails and the long-form articles that bring people in — in your voice, aimed at the person who has to be convinced, not at a keyword tool.

Search matters, so it's built in from the start rather than sprinkled on afterwards. But the test is always whether a real reader finishes the paragraph.

  • Website and product copy
  • Articles and whitepapers
  • SEO content strategy
  • Editorial and tone guidelines
07

Digital Marketing

Spend tied to outcomes you can actually see.

Campaigns are only as good as the measurement behind them. We set up tracking that attributes properly, then run search, social and email against the numbers that matter to the business — qualified leads and revenue, not impressions.

You see where the money goes and what it returned. If a channel isn't working we say so and move the budget, rather than quietly reporting a prettier metric.

  • Paid search and social
  • Analytics and attribution
  • Email and lifecycle
  • Conversion rate optimisation
08

Game Development

Games that hold up on a mid-range phone, not just a demo machine.

We build 2D and 3D games across genres, from single-player to real-time multiplayer, taking a concept through prototype and playtesting to release on iOS and Android. Performance is a design constraint from day one, because a game that stutters is a game people uninstall.

The engagement doesn't end at launch. Live games need content updates, balance changes and event support, and we plan for that rather than handing over a build and disappearing.

  • 2D and 3D game builds
  • Multiplayer and backend
  • Cross-device performance
  • Live ops and updates
09

AR, VR & Emerging Tech

New technology applied where it earns its place.

Augmented and virtual reality do genuinely useful work in the right context — letting someone place a product in their room before buying, or training staff on equipment that is dangerous or expensive to practise on. Used anywhere else, they are a costly novelty.

The same test applies to AI and connected devices. We prototype quickly, measure whether the thing actually helps, and tell you honestly when a simpler solution would do the job better.

  • AR product and retail experiences
  • VR training simulations
  • AI features and automation
  • IoT and connected devices
How we work

No black box, no surprise invoices.

The same five steps on every engagement, whatever the size.

  1. 01

    Discover

We work out what actually needs building — and what doesn't.

  2. 02

    Design

Flows and interfaces, validated before anyone writes production code.

  3. 03

    Build

Short cycles, working software you can use at the end of each one.

  4. 04

    Launch

Release, monitoring and handover, without a cliff edge.

  5. 05

    Improve

Real usage tells us what to fix next. We keep going from there.

Let's scope it properly.
